Oil on Canvas Panel, 14” x 11”

This sunset stroll along a dusty alley in my hometown of Crested Butte Colorado seemed dreamlike to me as warm sunlight enveloped the town, accentuating the colors of autumn. The backyard of a downtown residence was set aglow, while further drama unfolded in the distance. A golden light washed over Crested Butte mountain as dark clouds began to enclose a brilliant stretch of blue sky.
