A dusting of snow on distant peaks seemed to be the perfect backdrop for this rustic ranch bathed in a landscape of autumnal hues. Though the sun shown brightly, illuminating the seasonal patchwork of color, the wind was crisp and cool. A sure sign of winter’s swift approach.
